
Refund Policy

1. Overview
Our services are customized and project-based. As such, we do not typically issue refunds once a project has been delivered or substantially progressed.
2. Dispute Resolution Process
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include revisions, partial refunds, or credits toward future work.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a project in writing prior to commencement. If work has already begun, a pro-rata fee based on completed work will be assessed, and any remaining amount may be refunded.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for completed work, rush service fees, or third-party service costs (e.g., hosting, domain registration).
