NJPour Digital provides marketing services including but not limited to AI-powered video content creation, social media management, website design and development, and mobile app creation for New Jersey retail liquor stores.

All materials created by NJPour Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the deliverables for commercial use.

NJPour Digital guarantees NJ ABC compliance of its marketing materials to the best of its knowledge. However, we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Clients are responsible for obtaining independent legal review as needed.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NJPour Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
